Characteristics: Doping ZnO with Al₂O₃ is referred to as AZO,
exhibiting high-temperature resistance, excellent electrical conductivity, strong high-temperature stability, and good radiation shielding performance.
This product is a relatively inexpensive, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transparent conductive material that can withstand temperatures up to 1975°C. Its electrical conductivity, when deposited via evaporation coating, can reach a limit of 6×10⁴ Ω·cm, and it also demonstrates strong high-temperature stability. It is regarded as a nanomaterial with significant development potential in the 21st century. Due to its comparable properties to ITO, it can be used in transparent heat-insulating films, transparent conductive films, and various transparent electrodes in the IT industry. Compared to ITO, it offers advantages such as lower cost.
